7) Present Simple is used to report or retell what you have heard or seen:

This magazine article says what has happened in our country recently. 

8) When we offer smth to do in the constriction like:

Why don’t you join us?
Why doesn’t Nina give up telling a lie? 

9) Report sport, give commentaries to sport events, give commentaries to sport events:

Cocher serves the ball to Michael.

10) Present Simple is used when you tell stories, jokes and fairy tales:

The Englishman walks the streets of Paris suddenly he sees.

11) Chain of events:

I go to my work, change my clothes, get down to work…

12) Present Simple is used instead of Present Continuous with the dynamic verbs (to write, to read, to speak and est) which are taking place now (at the moment of speaking), they are not taken as process, but as a common idea:

“I give up”- she said. – Я сдаюсь.
She leaves him no choice - Она ему не оставляет выбора.

13) Instruction, receipt:

Victor! When you get up, have breakfast and don’t forget to wash the dishes.

14) Proverbs, sayings:
